In October 2014 the Management Committee adopted a new procedure for handling complaints.
Please note that the AKA cannot and will not be involved in civil and legal matters that need to be resolved by appropriate court action.
Procedure to initiate a complaint. Please download and complete the complaints form and send to the AKA office at

Only written complaints will be accepted
Complaint Forms must be fully completed and signed in order for the AKA to take action.
A copy of the complaint will be given to the complainee involved. Verbal complaints cannot be actioned.
